Interested in joining, but want to understand class experience before committing?
Try one of our Saturday classes at 11 am for FREE (offer not valid for out of town drop-ins, locals only) and we’ll lead you through a CrossFit WOD (workout of the day), scaled appropriately to your current level of fitness.
Once you decide to join our gym, we’ll sign you up to our 6 Foundation or beginner classes, where you will be introduced to the fundamentals of CrossFit. These classes meet every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6:30 pm for 2 weeks, and are prerequisites to joining our regular WOD classes. Arrangements can me made for those not able to attend classes at 6:30 pm.
During Foundations course we will assess your personal needs, current goals and any health concerns or limitations that you might have. Classes are taught in a small group setting, so that you receive personalized attention and quality coaching. A typical class will include a warm up, core CrossFit skills and the WOD.
